This workshop is created for the stressed out person. For the person who starts the same goal over and over again but somehow can't get out of their own way. Maybe you don't have the time, energy or resources to figure out what to do next. Maybe you can't go to therapy every week as much as you would like to because you are so busy adding another thing to your plate feels impossible. All you know is that you feel exhausted, disappointed, and like you need to make a change but do not know where to start.
Do you feel like there is never an answer to stress?
Do you feel like stress is negatively impacting your relationships?
Do you feel uncomfortable when thinking about managing new tasks?
Are your thoughts, feelings and behaviors impacted by stress?
Do you feel confident in managing the stress in your life?
The stress management workshop will help you figure out why you are so stuck. By learning more about your relationship with stress and identifying what your patterns are you give yourself opportunities to relate to stress differently. By the end of the workshop you will learn more about how stress shows up in your life, the patterns you hold around stress and it's impact on your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, how stress impacts your relationship communication and dynamics, and create an individualized plan for where to start in shifting your relationship with stress.
